To be considered for a grant from the GIH, an organization or individual must submit a PROJECT OVERVIEW SUMMARY and CIS to info@gulfinvestmentfund.com. This PROJECT OVERVIEW SUMMARY and CIS may not exceed 16 Pages words in length. The online form for the CIS permits narrative information to be provided for items 1-6 up to 250 words each.

GIH have 3 Grant SCHEMES stated below:

NOTE - How the 100% funding works, The important point is you need to be able to prove that you have invested a minimum of 5% in the project. I know that then suggests you're only receiving 95%. But it's not calculated that way- EG, Lets say you require funding of say $10 Million. Then our Investment Group would be looking to see a minimum of $500,000 being brought to the Table by you, in various ways, such as, Cash, Land Value, other Assets, Money Invested to date, Equity Investment.

Debt, Equity or Both
Max 80%
NOTE - The 20% Client input can be from Cash, Land Value, other Assets, Money Invested to date, Equity Investment.

SCHEME 3
Min $75M - Max $5B
Debt only
Up to 100%
Must have Cash Collateral of 15% of requirement
Suitable for Governments & Major Corporate

Paper applications will be considered at the Meeting. Individuals seeking funds and organizations seeking start up funds are also eligible to receive grant funding through the GIH Grants.
